I found these cloisonné beads* at the Rose Bowl Flea Market, in 2012, in the booth of a really cool guy named Sam. Sam has been traveling the world since the 60’s collecting things that caught his artistic eye. Sam does not recall where he acquired them but guarantees they are over 80 yrs old.
Tibetan Antique Rock Crystal Quartz Mellon beads show signs of age due to there journey around the world.
*You can gently clean cloisonné with a slightly damp soft cloth or cotton Q tip, followed by a dry soft cloth. Because cloisonné designs have small segments, avoid soaking-wet cloths or cleaning solutions. Liquid can get between the sections and cause damage or decay.
